Lymphatic drainage is such a powerful tool for reducing inflammation in the body. This is the routine I use and recommend to patients, but it's a lot to remember!

Pillow
This pillow is my recommendation for patients with persistent neck pain. I've recommended it to patients and had great results. What I like about it is that it offers support as you move throughout the night because of the water bladder inside of it.

Magnesium
Magnesium is one of my favorite supplements to give to patients. Many people are deficient without realizing it! Magnesium deficiency can cause issues ranging from increased depression/anxiety to muscle soreness. I like this product because it is a liquid and is readily absorbed by the body. I personally take this and notice a massive difference in muscle recovery and overall stress levels. I buy the kind linked below, but there are different flavors and even gummies. I have also seen this for sale in bulk at BJ's in Victor, NY.
