New Patient Exam: $140.00

It’s important for me to understand your unique health needs and background. During this hour-long appointment I’ll take the time to go over your medical history, your chief complaint, and I'll perform a thorough examination. This ensures that chiropractic is a safe option for you. â€‹

Full Exams are required for new patients, or those who have not been seen by me in 3 years.

Follow Up: $45

These are 20 minute appointments and are tailored to your complaint and your preferences. I will do a quick, targeted history on your chief complaint to monitor your progress. Afterwards we will spend time doing soft tissue work, flexion distraction and any other modalities that are in your care plan. Finally, the last few minutes are reserved for adjustments.

As my patient, you are in the driver's seat! I will present to you the modalities that I think will be most beneficial to your complaint. If you dislike a modality, want to try something new or don't want an adjustment there are many different ways to approach your complaint! We will work together to build a care plan that best suits you.

Craniosacral Therapy: $60 for 30m / $120 for 60m

This is a different form of chiropractic care that addresses fascia. During a Craniosacral Therapy session, you’ll lie comfortably on a warm massage table in a quiet, softly lit room. You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. Using an extremely gentle touch, I work with the body’s natural rhythms and fascial tensions to encourage deep relaxation and ease. The experience is calm, subtle, and designed to help your nervous system settle.

Services

Here are brief explanations of a few of my techniques! Please feel free to use the contact form if you have any additional questions.

Diversified Adjusting

After conducting an assessment to identify areas of restricted motion, I employ high velocity, low amplitude (HVLA) manipulation, commonly known as an adjustment, to reintroduce that motion. These adjustments are modified in force and depth to fit the needs of each patient, ensuring both safe and effective delivery.

Activator Adjusting

The activator tool is a handheld device equipped with a spring-loaded mechanism and a rubber tip. It is designed to deliver precise adjustments and is an excellent alternative to diversified adjusting as it is much more gentle.

Flexion Distraction Therapy

This technique uses a specialized table that the doctor gently moves to stretch the spine. This technique is particularly effective for treating disc herniations; however, I have found that it also significantly benefits patients with a variety of low back conditions, providing relief and enhancing overall spinal health.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the fascia and its adhesions.
It uses an extremely light touch to help release tension in the body’s connective tissue network. It’s a great option for patients who need gentle care, stress reduction, or support for chronic tension patterns in the body.

Soft Tissue Massage

By applying targeted pressure and manipulation to the muscles and connective tissues, this therapy helps reduce muscle adhesions and alleviate pain. Unlike traditional massage, manual soft tissue massage is performed over clothing and focuses more on specific trigger points rather than broad strokes aimed at relaxation.

Dry Cupping Therapy

This is a traditional technique that involves placing specialized cups on the skin to create suction. This suction gently lifts the skin and underlying tissues, promoting increased blood flow and enhancing tissue healing, unlike most other therapies, which are compressive in nature.
